SmartTrackers Software
We have been helping over 3000 organizations actively manage sustainability and social responsibility since 2010. Our goal is to stimulate continuous improvement, for example, by reducing CO2 emissions, saving energy, or complying with new European legislation. Our software is used by more than 3,500 organizations, ranging from SMEs to multinationals, both domestically and internationally. They use the platform to:
- Gain insights into their CO2 footprint
- Actively and structurally steer towards sustainability goals and report on them
- Effectively certify for standards such as the CO2 Performance Ladder, ISO norms, or legislation like the European CSRD
The Role
We are looking for someone who thinks disruptively, just like us. Because sustainable growth can be smarter, faster, and more effective. As part of the commercial team, you establish and maintain contacts with existing users, potential (warm) leads, and partners.
A glimpse into the activities:
- You combine your knowledge of sustainability, amongst others about the CSRD, with the workings of our product to explain how the software operates.
- You guide organizations on boarding the software.
- You are available for substantive questions from customers.
- You contribute to developing and implementing sustainability content in the form of webinars, whitepapers, and other formats.
- Together with the commercial and development team, you consider further development based on knowledge and experience from implementations.
You:
- Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree level of education.
- Have at least 2 years of experience.
- Have relevant and substantial knowledge about sustainability, amongst other about the CSRD, CO2 Performance Ladder, and/or developments in legislation and regulations.
- Are passionate about making the economy more sustainable
- Take the lead and feel at home with having a lot of responsibility.
- Have an affinity with software, used to achieve better results.
- Are capable of working independently on a project and taking the lead
- Are fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- Are pragmatic and goal-directed.
- Have an entrepreneurial attitude and are strong in communication.
- Can contribute to further internationalization.

- Salary between €2900 and €5500, depending on experience. Performance component negotiable.
