New in SmartTrackers: our AI chatbot Spock
Recently, a new digital help service has become available in SmartTrackers: our very own AI chatbot, named Spock. Spock is available 24/7 and ready to assist you quickly with our software.
What does Spock do?
Spock is an AI bot that instantly searches our online manual as soon as you ask a question. Based on your input, it tries to find the most relevant and helpful answer, so you can get back on track quickly. It also suggests related articles based on your question.
The chatbot is particularly good at answering general questions about navigating, using, and understanding SmartTrackers. For example:
- How do I add a new meter?
- How do I create a report template?
- How do I invite an audit to assessments?
How to get the most out of Spock?
Since Spock provides answers based on our existing manual, it’s not (yet) suitable for complex or company-specific questions. It’s also possible it won’t always have the right answer. Tip: try rephrasing your question slightly, sometimes just one word makes all the difference.
Not getting a helpful answer? No worries: Spock is connected to our existing support desk via Zendesk. If Spock can’t help, you’ll be redirected to the support team. Our support colleagues will assist you as you’re used to.
Why a chatbot?
At SmartTrackers, we’re exploring ways to keep pace with the speed and possibilities of AI. The introduction of Spock is the first tangible result of our AI explorations. We see this as a great step toward smarter, more user-friendly support, while we continue developing new AI applications behind the scenes.
