SmartTrackers, a market-leading ESG software company with 15 years of proven success, is seeking an experienced and ambitious sales expert to support its current sales and marketing teams. The goal is to grow into a commercial manager role.

We are a trusted partner supporting the sustainability policies of more than 5,000 organizations in the Netherlands, Belgium, and the broader international market. We do this with a compact and efficient team. Active operational participation is required. A willingness to learn about our products and knowledge of the sustainability software market are key starting points.

This is not a general management position leading a sales team. Fluent Dutch and good English are required.

Position details:

  • 36-40 hours per week
  • Based in Amersfoort (on-site in the old city)
  • Competitive package depending on experience (from €5,000 per month, details discussed during interview)
